U2 pulled a pair of rarities into Sunday's (4/10) show in Sao Paulo, Brazil, mixing things up as the band moves through South America on their way to a U.S tour leg opening in May.

As reported by U2 tour tracking site U2tours.com, "Out Of Control" made its way into a U2 show for the first time since 2006, and deeper into the set, "Zooropa" saw its first appearance since the "Zooropa" tour in 1993.

The band also staged a tribute to the victims of an April 7 mass-shooting at a school in Rio de Janeiro that left 12 children dead before the alleged gunman took his own life.

During show closer, "Moment of Surrender," the names of the shooting victims were reportedly scrolled across stage screens, similar to the way the names of 9/11 victims were displayed during "Where The Streets Have No Name" during the third leg of 2001's "Elevation" tour and during the band's 2002 Super Bowl performance.

The band's new adventurousness on stage comes on the heels of their "U2 360" stadium tour sweeping past the Rolling Stones' "A Bigger Bang" tour gross record, set during the Stones' 2005-2007 tour.

According to Billboard, the high-dollar mark set by the Stones had stood at $558 million, a figure that U2 was set to exceed with the completion of Sunday's Sao Paulo show.

As U2's tour moves on through North America in May toward a final show in Moncton, New Brunswick, on July 30, the new bar will be set at around $700 million.

Likewise, "U2 360" will ultimately move about 7 million tickets over the course of the tour's multi-year routing through 110 shows, eclipsing another Rolling Stones record of 6.4 million tickets, set during their "Voodoo Lounge" tour.
