Remarks:
At the sixth show in NYC, U2 performed for the very first time in over 25 years, "Two Hearts Beat As One". This rare surprise was last performed live in concert on December 27, 1989 on the Lovetown Tour. The song was only regularly featured up until the Unforgettable Fire tour, so after a month of rehearsals, U2 finally gave the fans what they wanted. Also, for only the 4th time on the tour, "The Troubles" is performed live. Overall, there were some unusual moments with the band and the audience being out of sync, especially on the final song "One" when Bono and the Edge had to stop and restart the song three times, with the rhythm section eventually kicking in, and the audience ended up doing most of the singing. A male fan from Chile named Ignacio played "Angel of Harlem" with the band on the b-stage and afterwards Bono gave him the guitar saying it was "a gift from Fender". Longtime U2 photographer Anton Corbijn is at the show along with Julian Lennon. A new video is also displayed during the "Mother and Child Reunion" section with the names of people and organizations that have contributed their resources in fighting HIV/AIDS.
