For the first time ever on U2's 360 Tour, the band does not perform "Moment Of Surrender" due to the early curfew imposed by the local law enforcement (the latest the concert could go until was 10:30 pm sharp). Thus, as soon as U2 finished "With Or Without You", it was already 10:28 pm and could no longer play further.
