Remarks:
The third show in Dublin was the charm for the tour (and century's) premiere of "Dirty Day", performed for the first time in nearly 25 years. The last time the song was played live was in Tokyo, Japan on December 10, 1993 and this was also the very first time "Dirty Day" was performed anywhere in Europe (and only the third time played in the Northern Hemisphere of Planet Earth). Tonight's version of the song served as a narrative and space for Bono to talk about the history of the band's fathers, especially his own, Bob Hewson, while the video screen showed graphic portraits of all the band members' fathers (as well as all four members of U2 when they were younger).
