Remarks:
U2 kicked off the European second leg of The Joshua Tree Tour 2017 in London, England tonight. U2 took to the stage earlier than usual, around 8:15 PM, due to a strict curfew. During "Trip Through Your Wires", Bono surprised the audience saying that Adam Clayton and his wife Mariana were expecting their first child. Some new changes were done for this European leg of the tour, with new video images of women during "Miss Sarajevo" (including modifying Omaima's dream of visiting the USA to instead becoming a lawyer) and "Ultra Violet (Light My Way)". Bono dedicated "Happy Birthday" to his daughter Eve (Hewson). Also, dedications went out to Jo Cox for "Ultra Violet" and Paul McGuinness for the show in general. The biggest surprise came at the end of the night when former Oasis frontman Noel Gallagher walked out on stage to perform his former band's song "Don't Look Back in Anger" with U2, dedicating it to the victims of the Manchester terror attack. This marked the first time U2 ever covered that particular Oasis song.
