Remarks:
U2 stopped in Barcelona tonight for its only concert in the country of Spain. Prior to performing "Bad", Bono mentioned to the crowd tonight that he visited a David Bowie exhibit at a local museum in Barcelona earlier in the day (Bowie's "Heroes", "Starman" and "Rebel Rebel" were once again excerpted tonight too). Back on July 15, 1987, just over 30 years ago, U2 performed "Spanish Eyes" for the first time here in Barcelona (it was also the very first live performance of this song too). Tonight, Bono only sang a short portion of the song, after "Trip Through Your Wires". After performing "The Little Things That Give You Away", Bono stated that "Songs of Experience" would be released before the end of 2017. Former U2 Manager Paul McGuinness was spotted at tonight's show.
