Tonight was the second of two consecutive shows at MetLife Stadium, right outside New York City. The band made history with the performance of "Bad", as it has now been performed in 9 consecutive concerts, the first time this has occurred since the 1993 Zooropa leg of the ZooTV Tour. Last night U2 excerpted David Bowie, and tonight it was Patti Smith with "People Have the Power" and "Rock 'N' Roll Nigger". As far as setlist changes, "Mysterious Ways" was performed (for the second time on the tour) as part of a trifecta of Achtung Baby songs to conclude the encore.
