Remarks:
U2's Innocence + Experience tour resumes after a month-long hiatus between legs and kicks off in Turin, Italy. It's the first U2 concert in Italy since the U2 360 tour on October 8, 2010. It's also the first U2 arena concert in Europe since August 28, 2001 when U2 played an arena show in Glasgow. The first set before the intermission is similar to the first set from the North American leg, but the second set features some changes including new visual graphics during "Bullet the Blue Sky". Bono sings a new re-worked version of "Zooropa" with the Edge on guitars and says "What do you want? A Europe with its heart and borders closed to mercy? Or a Europe with its heart open? A place called home!". He is referring to the recent Syrian refugee crisis as tens of thousands of people are fleeing for European countries. After referencing the hashtag "#refugeeswelcome" during "City of Blinding Lights", Bono states: "I don't know the answer to the refugee crisis in Africa, but we must work together to find the answer."
