On a blazing hot night in Busch Stadium in St. Louis, U2 plays in front of over 53,000 fans, setting the all-time record for largest concert audience in the city's history (according to U2's promoter: Live Nation). "Moment Of Surrender" is dedicated to the hundreds of victims of the tornado disaster in Joplin.
