I went to the Friday show on the 15th in Phoenix and it was the best concert I have ever seen. Bono is awesome and always will be in my book. I love U2.
This was the second U2 show on this tour for me. In Phoenix for a work conference, "What"?? U2 at the Glendale Arena?? forget work!!! and a in town cousin with the hook up, and this Califonia boy was gonna goning to rock and roll with the greatest band in the world and 20,000 Arizonian's. Being at the April 1st show in Anaheim, to compare; two different gigs. Both shows rocking me out of my size 11's. The band seems to be warming up. The Pond in Anaheim with the better sound but the band activites on stage in Phoenix much more active, especially for Adam. Seeing City of Blinding lights opener was sweet, but the energy of Love and Peace as a opener with Larry pounding on the floor tom is much more of a explosive opener. Each show with their own personality no better then the other.
Alright that's it!! I quit my job, leaving my wife and kids and I'm going to be a profesional U2 fan!! Every show every night !!! Well I guess we can all have far-out dreams. OK Who really gives a crap about what a have to say .....so you Future show fans; I'm jealous have fun because they are , incredible! The east coast shows should be amazing get ready because their on their way!!!!!!
