This is the first time on the tour that 'Where the Streets Have No Name' is not performed. The ticket process outside the stadium is chaotic, as fans have to wait in a slow-moving line to exchange vouchers for tickets. The line is still in place shortly before U2 take the stage, when concert promoters finally decide to allow people inside without exchanging their vouchers.
