Remarks:

U2 sang Happy Birthday for Adam, who was celebrating his 23rd birthday. Towards the end of this 82 minute concert, The Alarm's Mike Peters and a saxophonist joined U2 for Knockin' On Heaven's Door, which was the first of many times U2 covered the Bob Dylan song (though Bono himself had previously sung the song with The Alarm on December 6, 1982).
