U2 opens the 4th leg of its Vertigo Tour in Monterrey, the band’s first show in Mexico since 1997. At the start of I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For, Bono apologizes for being gone so long. Beautiful Day includes a bit of the Rolling Stones’ ‘She’s A Rainbow.’ Bad ends with Bono singing a bit of a traditional Mexican song. Before the show, police seize counterfeit merchandise outside the stadum, leading to a confrontation with merchants. One officer shoots his gun into the air to maintain control of the situation.

Estuvo de poca madre el concierto! apesar de que Larry M. mensiono que en el DF que la gente de Monterrey era fria. fue el concierto en el que mas me he prendido!
Yo estoy de acuerdo! la vdd es k hubo muy buen ambiente y los fans se respetaron entre si, Bono no solo subió a 1 chava si no a 2... no solo eso, dijo muchas mas cosas en español k en lso otros... yo lloro y lloro T.T ojalá y solo el piense asi!... Mty estuvo genial!!!! fue increÃble... pero ps obviamente... eran 45 mil fans contra mas de 75 mil del Azteca... son muchas mas personas... peor ps bueno:P la vdd es k estuvo padrisimo y k amamos a la banda!XD
Bueno pues el concierto, apesar de lo que digan los chilangos fue mejor, porque, simplemente porque aqui abrieron la gira vertigo 2006, ademas de que abrieron y cerraron con vertigo y creo....si no me equivoco..a sido la unica ciudad donde han hecho eso........ademas posiblemente vuelvan en el 2007 para el foro de las culturas, asi que, a juntar dinero y calentar la garganta para volver a gritar el uno, dos, tres, catorce
